- Comments and replies on Instagram media
- Page ID associated with your Facebook Business Page
- Instagram Business Account ID linked to your Facebook Page
- Public interaction metrics (likes, comments count)
b. From You (via plugin forms or inputs):
- Keyword triggers and autoresponder messages
- CTA button labels and direct message templates
- Email address or support queries (if submitted)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To enable core features of the Logiskil ReplyBot plugin, such as:
- Connecting your Instagram Business account via OAuth
- Displaying your media posts and recent comments
- Responding to and moderating comments via automation
- To verify your Page and Instagram account ownership

3. Data Storage & Retention
- We do not permanently store any Meta (Facebook or Instagram) user data on our servers.
- All Instagram and Facebook data is fetched in real-time via API and displayed only within your WordPress dashboard.
- Settings entered into the plugin (e.g., keywords, reply templates) are stored only on your WordPress site.
- We do not collect or store sensitive data such as passwords, credit card information, or personal user credentials.

6. How to Disconnect Your Meta Account
You can revoke Logiskil ReplyBot’s access to your Instagram Business account at any time by:
- Going to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
- Finding “Logiskil ReplyBot” in the list
- Clicking “Remove”
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your connection to our plugin uses secure API authentication via Meta OAuth and all tokens are stored safely using WordPress security practices.
